THE MINI DIG
A self-guided reflection experience
Enmeshed in the constant, exhausting state of high alert and tiptoeing through your life for fear of causing a problem, you may have made yourself small and manageable and quiet, so someone else’s needs and wants were the only ones that registered. You may have become an afterthought in your own life, and lost track of who you actually are – or maybe you never got the chance to find out in the first place.
The Mini Dig is a self-guided reflection experience for women unearthing their true selves after – or within – an abusive relationship.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This is for you if:
- you came to a relationship young, before you fully knew who you were.
- you’ve felt like you were not allowed to be your own person.
- your individuality got swallowed up by the chaos and drama of your relationship.
Whether you’re still in it or finding your way out – you belong here.
WHAT’S INSIDE
Seven gentle reflections, taken entirely at your own pace. Each one meets you
where you are and helps you hear your own voice again – perhaps for the first
time. There are no right answers, nothing you’re required to feel, and no
conclusions you’re supposed to reach. You respond however feels safe to you –
a private notebook, a voice memo, or simply quiet thought.
Your own mind.
What kept you from becoming yourself.
What you lost and never grieved.
What survived anyway.
What held you in place.
What you’ve never let yourself say.
Who you’re finally free to become.
Taken together, these seven reflections aren’t just what you find – they’re the beginning of the story you’re ready to tell about yourself, in your own words, for the first time.
WHAT TO EXPECT
It’s not therapy, and it’s not a program with deadlines. It’s a quiet companion
for reflection – yours to keep and return to whenever you’re ready. Most women move through it slowly, one reflection at a time, with room to breathe in between.
A CLINICAL PERSPECTIVE
“Thoughtful and intentional with a clear respect for the reader’s experience.
The Going Deeper questions are one of the strongest parts – they encourage readers to slow down and reflect more deeply on their own experiences without telling them what conclusions they should reach, while remaining reflective and respectful toward individual process. The emphasis on self reflection, personal agency, reconnecting to oneself, and moving at your own pace is exactly right.”
